Do I need to set up a 3dcart or PayPal account to purchase online?
No, you don’t need to set-up an account to order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The order will be processed and shipped via USPS within three business days.

What type of payments do you accept?
PayPal accepts credit or debit cards - American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. You may complete a transaction without creating an account.

How many products can I order online?
You may order multiple products but the total transaction limit cannot exceed $600 per session.

How do I know that my order was received?
You will receive an email order confirmation from PayPal and 3dCart.

I didn't receive an email notification that my order was received?
Please check your spam folder. To avoid future order disruptions, please add [email protected] and [email protected] to your safe sender list. If the email notification is not in your spam folder, please email [email protected] or call 650-508-6200.

What is the refund/return policy? There are no refunds or replacements once the order is placed so please place your order carefully.

By placing your order through this San Mateo County Transit District (SamTrans) online store ("Site"), you agree with the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions" or "Terms") including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. By using this Site, you signify your agreement with these Terms. If you disagree with any of the below Terms, do not use this Site. We reserve the right to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time. By using this Site after notice of such changes is posted, you agree to be bound by modifications, alterations or updates. 

The transaction amount is limited to $600 per session.

Payment Method and Shipment: Your order and payment will be processed by the INFOMART2000, CORP. d/b/a Shift4Shop (Shift4Shop or 3dcart),  and PayPal Inc, (PayPal) platforms. Your payment information does not cross SamTrans' servers. Accepted credit or debit cards are American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. You may complete a one-time transaction without creating a 3dcart or PayPal account. Orders will be within three business days and will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail, which can take up to 10 days to be delivered. Purchases are final. There are no refunds or replacements. 

Privacy Policy: Personally identifiable information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by this reference. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of this Site may involve (a) transmission of your personal data over various networks; and (b) changes to your personal information in order to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Consent: When you provide 3dcart and PayPal with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to 3dcart collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If 3dcart or Pay Pal asks for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. 

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. 

No Use by Minors: The Site is not intended for or directed to minors. By using this Site, you represent to us that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding contract (18 years of age or older in most jurisdictions), and that any information you provide to us is accurate, and not deceptive or misleading. 

Third-Party Links and Sites: This Site may link to other webSites operated by third parties. We have no control over these linked Sites, each of which have separate privacy and data collection practices independent of the District. We are not responsible for and do not endorse or accept any responsibility for the availability, contents, products, services or use of any third party Site, any webSite accessed from a third party Site or any changes or updates to such Sites. These linked Sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Cookies: A cookie is a small data file that webSites commonly write to your hard drive when you visit them. Disputes: Any dispute relating in any way to your use of the Site must be submitted to confidential arbitration in San Mateo County, California. Arbitration will be conducted pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under the Terms may be joined to an arbitration involving any other party, whether through class action proceedings or otherwise.

Changes to these Terms of Service: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the webSite. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. 

Miscellaneous:  You agree that by using this Site, you are a resident of the United States.?
